The templates include easy guides for making Scout trooper Helmet with EVA foam. For adults and kids!

The templates are used to cut the 6 to 10mm thick (8mm recommended) foam to make each part of the helmet.
This is an original design inspired on Star Wars movie.
The templates are in PDF files for letter paper size at 100% for adult or check the table for other head sizes. Use Adobe Reader to open the files and select the correct paper size in the print setup. If you print in A4, use in Adobe Acrobat the "Actual Size" option to print on A4 as a letter size.
Check the print scale with a ruler on the first page before printing all the pages. Also check at the end of this text to see everything you need and more details.

For this template, the basic things you will need are:
· 1.5 square meter (1m = 39.37 inches) of 6mm/8mm foam (8mm recommended)
· Small area of 3mm/5mm foam (5mm recommended)
· Contact cement, hot glue gun (optional)
· Foam cutters, scissors (optional)
· Heat gun or powerful hair dryer instead
· Paper tape
· 2 Screws and 2 nuts
Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result.
