Now for kids!!
The templates include guides for making the Shoretrooper armor for kids with EVA foam. Before cutting the foam you can validate with the paper molds on your child's body. The paper molds are created with the templates and are used to cut the foam to make each part of the armor. The foam build video works for kids and adults.
This is an original design inspired on Star Wars movie.
The templates are used to cut the 6 to 10mm thick (8mm recommended) foam to make each part of the armor. For other little parts it's recommended 3mm to 5mm foam.
The templates are in PDF files. Use Adobe Reader to open the files. These are for printing on letter size paper. Select the correct paper size in the print setup. If you print in A4 use in Adobe Acrobat the "Actual Size" option to print on A4 as a letter size.
The molds are for size will fit kids from 9 to 11 years old, also you can adjust the templates for each age (see the Kids Sizes Validator images).

For this template, the basic things you will need are:
· 4 square meters (1m = 39.37 inches) of 6mm/8mm foam thickness (8mm recommended) · Small area of 2mm/5mm foam (4mm recommended)
· 1.5 square meters of black fabric (for Squad Kama)
· Contact cement, hot glue gun (optional)
· Foam cutters, scissors (optional)
· Heat gun or powerful hair dryer instead
· Paper tape
· Velcro
Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result.
