Darth Vader Full Suit Foam Templates Cosplay Costume

The templates include easy guides for making the Darth Vader suit with EVA foam and fabric (synthetic leather or similar).

Before cutting the foam you can validate with the paper molds on your body. Always follow the foam build video.

The templates are used to cut the 6 to 10mm thick (8mm recommended) foam to make each part of the armor. For other little parts it's recommended 3mm to 5mm foam. Also you will need fabric or leather for other parts.
This is an original design inspired on Star Wars.
The templates are in PDF files for letter paper size at 100% for adult. Use Adobe Reader to open the files and select the correct paper size in the print setup. If you print in A4, use in Adobe Acrobat the "Actual Size" option to print on A4 as a letter size. Check the print scale with a ruler on the first page before printing all the pages.
The molds are for men size from medium to large, you can also adjust the parts to your body, also for a woman. Check in the last image the template size ranges to know if you need to adjust it to you body.

For this template, the basic things you will need are:
· 4 square meters (1m = 39.37 inches) of 6mm/8mm foam (8mm recommended)
· Small area of 2mm/5mm foam (4mm recommended)
· 4 square meters of synthetic leather or 4 square meters 3mm foam instead of the leather for bodysuit
· 3m x 4m (12 square meters) of black fabric for cape and inner robe
· Small area of red and green acrylic or transparent sheets for chest box and belt boxes lights
· Contact cement, hot glue gun (optional)
· Foam cutters, scissors (optional)
· Heat gun or powerful hair dryer instead
· Paper tape
· Velcro

Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result.
