All TCW Clonetrooper Helmets Foam Templates

All Phase 2 Clone Troopers and Clone Commanders in one digital template! Suitable for both adults and kids.
These templates include guides for building Clone Trooper and Clone Commander helmets with EVA foam, including Captain Rex. The design is an original interpretation inspired by the Star Wars universe, specifically based on the Phase 2 versions from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
The templates are designed to cut 6–10 mm thick EVA foam (8 mm recommended) to create each part of the helmet.
The files are provided as PDF templates formatted for Letter paper at 100% scale for adults. For other head sizes for kids, please check the scaling table to print at the appropriate percentage.
Use Adobe Reader to open the files and select the correct paper size in the print settings. If you are printing on A4 paper, choose the “Actual Size” option in Adobe Acrobat so the pages print correctly at the intended scale.
Before printing the full set, check the print scale with a ruler on the first page to ensure the size is accurate.

For the helmet, you will need the following basic materials and tools:
· 1.5 square meters (1 m = 39.37 inches) of 6 mm or 8 mm EVA foam (8 mm recommended)
· 0.5 square meters of 3 mm or 5 mm EVA foam (5 mm recommended)
· Contact cement, and optionally a hot glue gun
· Foam cutters or a utility knife, and scissors (optional but helpful)
· A heat gun or a powerful hair dryer as an alternative
· Paper tape
· A marker to trace the templates onto the foam

Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result.
